Building a Hockey Empire

By the '60s and '70s, Bauer was the brand of choice for legends like Bobby Hull and Guy Lafleur. If you were serious about hockey, you were skating in Bauers.

Like any good hockey match, Bauer’s story has had its share of twists. The brand changed hands a few times—most notably becoming Nike Bauer in the mid-2000s. But by 2008, Bauer was back to doing its own thing, and it hasn’t looked back since.
